Superchips has been kept busy, with the British ECU remap specialist most recently getting its hands on a new toy, the petrol engined Mk7 120 PS 1.6-litre Ford Fiesta Zetec S. The mods enable the unit to develop some extra 10 hp at 5,986 rpm from the Fiesta's Ti-VCT twin independent cam timing engine, with torque increasing by 13 Nm at 4,390rpm.

The upgrade is designed to work with either 95 or 98 octane fuel and if driven in a like for like manner with the standard car, the Fiesta Zetec S's... [...]
