The Mercedes CLS 63 AMG has been launched back in April, and until now only Carlsson and Wheelsandmore have found a way to improve the model. But today the German tuner Vath comes with the most impressive upgrade package for the luxury sedan.
The standard CLS 63 AMG gets a 5.5-liter biturbo V8 engine that will deliver a total of 518 HP and 516 lb.-ft. of torque. Good, but it can be better. Vath for example has found a solution to increase the output to an impressive 660 HP. For that the tuner is offering a V63RS tuning kit that includes optimized charge air cooler system and sports exhaust system consisting of stainless steel catalysts, middle and tail muffler systems. The result is an impressive 660 HP and a peak torque of 708 lbs-ft. With the extra HP the CLS 63 AMG will sprint from 0 to 60 mph in 3.9 seconds, to 124 mph in 12.0 second and will be capable to hit a top speed of 201 mph.[...]
