Confused about the title? You shouldn't be, because we're just talking about a monster tuned R34 Nissan GT-R that has 1,000 horsepower at the wheel... all four wheels. AWD systems usually eat up a lot of power, so this Godzilla impersonator probably has something like 1,200 hp at the motor. But supposedly, it only makes this monster power on racing fuel.
The car was tuned by SP Engineering and since it resides in the US, where the R34 is somewhat illegal, makes it even cooler.
The upgrades... [...]

People will always try to drive what they can't reach, which is why the car replica market will always have demand. However, some replicas are more hideous than others and we're here to give you one that deserves to go straight to the scrap yard.
We are talking about a Bugatti Veyron wannabe, which was built on the platform of a 1992-1995 generation Honda Civic Coupe. The Japanese car had received an eight-piece fiberglass kit, with the result being one of the ugliest pieces of machinery we'v... [...]

German tuner ABT has dropped a couple of photos of the dressed up Volkswagen Up! they will be releasing via the Geneva Motor Show. Usually, their conversions have a DIY bolt-on look that lets most of the car untouched, but this is like going all the way. There isn't a single panel that has been left untouched.
Hans Jurgen ABT himself says the new Up! is fun to drive around town and especially on narrow streets. It even reminded of the little Abarths his father used to drive.
The Up! has be... [...]

German tuner Alpina has released a re-packaged and slightly upgraded program for the BMW 5-Series.
As we all know by now, the Alpina B5 BiTurbo is one pretty awesome car, and Alpina revised the program to make it even more attractive to its clientele. The order of business for the improved program was to take the car’s 4.4-liter twin-turbo V8 engine that originally produced 500 horsepower and 516 lb/ft of torque and give it some minor tweaks, resulting in an increased output of 533 horsepower and 538 lb/ft of torque.
The improvements have allowed the B5 BiTurbo to also improve its performance numbers from a 0 to 60 mph time of 4.7 seconds and a top speed of 191 mph to 4.5 seconds and 198 mph, respectively.[...]

Alpina has decided to boost the B5 Bi-Turbo, which is basically a tuned 550i F10 5-Series tuned to the max. The Alpina version was already a powerful beast, delivering 500 hp instead of the stock 407, but now the 4.4-liter V8 is doing what any tuned engine is supposed to: challenge the next more powerful version of the car, in this case the M5.
Thus, Alpina has tuned the B5 to produce 540 ps (533 hp) and and 730 Nm (538 lb-ft) of torque.
As a result, the 5-Series now sprints to 100 km/h [...]
