The Lexus CT200h talks a big game about being an environmentally friendly sports hatchback that defies the typically bland designs of other hybrids on the markets.

The car’s attendance at the SEMA Auto Show certainly adds more credence to the car’s tuning worthiness and Meguiars’, known for being one of the best auto surface care companies in the world, has decided to bring their own iteration of the Lexus sports hybrid hatchback.

The look of the render suggests that the Meguiar’s CT200h will be decked in a two-tone paint color featuring a vibrant yellow body paint with a gloss black paint on the bonnet, roof, and pillars of the hatchback. According to Meguiars, the color scheme was inspired by Meguiars Ultimate Wash and Wax product line. In building the car, Meguiars enlisted the help and assistance of some of the aftermarket industry’s heavyweights, including Glasurit Paint Systems, Rotiform, Falken Tires, CKS Suspension, Street Concepts, and Shoreline Motoring.[...]

The owner started building his dream car team with a Rolls-Royce Phantom dressed in purple and wearing gold plating, with the vehicle coming from UK supercar dealership SuperVettura.

No matter what sort of crazy car conversions you've seen so far, you are not ready to see what the Scion xB has been turned into. Basically, this funky looking creating is coming to the 2011 SEMA Show in Las Vegas bearing a body that's been what looks like fabric that's been tailored to fit it like a glove. All the glass surfaces have also received the sort of mesh wrap that you see on busses for advertising.

There's no question that the Pit Boss Cartel iQ is the weirdest of all the Scion iQ mini cars heading down to Las Vegas for next week's SEMA aftermarket show.

Created by Cartel, the Pit Boss is a two-seat speedster version of the small Scion supposedly inspired by the world of motorsports but equipped with the latest word in infotainment systems. A strange mix indeed.[...]

With the growing number of customized Camaros showing up at the 2011 SEMA Auto Show, it’s nice to see that Chevrolet hasn’t forgotten about their non-muscle sports car. The Corvette will be making its stand in Vegas with the Carlisle Blue Grand Sport Concept, created as a celebration of 30 years of "Corvettes at Carlisle," one of the largest annual Corvette events in North America.

The Carlisle Blue Grand Sport Concept is painted in a very cool Carlisle Blue exterior with exquisite Pearl White full-length racing stripes. This color combination is highlighted with Silver-painted Torque 2 wheels. The Corvette also benefited from carbon fiber front splitter and rockers, a full-width rear spoiler, and a Grand Sport style hood blanket. For the interior, Chevrolet has opted for Ebony/Titanium leather with blue stitching, a new Bose Premium Audio with nine speakers, a USB port and audio jack with iPod integration on the touch screen, and racing pedals.

Performance wasn’t forgotten either. Chevrolet also hooked up the celebratory model with a dual-mode exhaust and Magnetic Selective Ride Control to go with the standard 6.2 Liter 430-hp LS3 V8 engine.[...]

If you thought that the custom Scion iQ trio that will be displayed at SEMA - the one we showed you earlier - was extreme, wait 'till you see what Cartel, the company that treated us with a stretched Scion xB at last year's SEMA,  has to offer us for the 2011 edition of the show.

Dubbed Pit Boss, this Scion iQ takes a roadster from. However, it's not only open-air, but also comes with a a chopped windshield. But this is no boulevard ride, as Cartel claims that it is inspired from the world of... [...]

In what has become an usual move, Rhys Millen Racing has joined forced with Hyundai to give us heavily customized Genesis Coupe for the 2011 Specialty Equipment Market Association show in Las Vegas next week.

We are now treated with an Youtube video that shows us the work in progress project. The teaser clip allows us to see that the coupe will offer a roll-cage, serious engine tweaks, as well as a roll cage.

The rock star Mercedes seen in these images isn’t a special edition being sold in an exclusive market. No, this is the L4P SLR777, a team collaboration project between Platinum Motorsport, RENNtech, MACarbon, and Exotics Boutique. It is actually the only SLR with a Mansory Renovatio Body Kit installed outside of the Mansory Factory and, to boost its awesome factor to the next level, it is the world’s fastest SLR, clocking in a 1/4 Mile time of 10.29 sec at 134 mph. Has your interest been piqued yet?

The impressive engine work was done by Renntech, who gace the SLR an ECU upgrade, a sports catalytic exhaust upgrade, stainless sport sound and performance SLR mufflers, and stainless steel headers. The engine is now mated to a Mercedes 722.6 five Speed transmission upgrade that was necessary to ensure maximum power is transmitted to the drive wheels without transmission slippage.

A new suspension system and performance brakes were also necessary and, for an even more dramatic appearance, there is also a HLS 2 (Hydraulic Lift System) that provides additional road clearance for lowered vehicles by raising the front axle suspension via the push of a button.[...]

Scion is one of the most fit brands for the upcoming SEMA event, as the brand's spirit is all about youth, so the company is planning to throw quite a party at next week's event.

Scion's latest product, the Toyota-based iQ, which has entered the US market earlier this month, will be the main DJ, with the automotive producer now giving us three custom incarnations of the little car.
