As the SEMA show approaches, more and more projects start to appear and it seems that one of the most prepared carmakers is Hyundai, which is now announcing its third creation for the event.

We've already met the ARK Performance Veloster and the PM Lifestyle Veloster and it is now time to find out some details about the third toy, the Genesis Coupe Hurrican SC Edition, a project handled by Hyundai America Technical Center Inc. (HATCI).

If one thing's for sure, Hyundai will have a strong presence at this year's edition of the SEMA aftermarket show in Las Vegas in November. The South Korean automaker, which has already shown us two Veloster tuning proposals, has now released details on another project, this time based on the Genesis Coupe V6.

The Genesis Coupe Hurricane SC was developed by Hyundai America Technical Center Inc. (HATCI) in cooperation with Magnuson Products, Rhys Millen Racing, Harman International and Torvec Inc.[...]

The Porsche Cayman may be preparing to make room for a new generation, but the car still has a lot of potential, with the latest example that demonstrates this coming from Canada, where aftermarket specialist Duke Dynamics is offering a visual modification package for the coupe.

Project Kahn, a British tuning firm with eyes for Land Rover models, has switched its focus this time around to take a look at the brand new Mercedes SLK 200 Blue Efficiency. The tuner’s new package works on adding more power to improve performance and provide a unique sense of motor supremacy.

To achieve this, Project Kahn began with a full AMG sport pack, including front and rear bumpers and side skirts. The black exterior finish is molded into something a little more spectacular with a matte black and carbon finished grille, carbon front splitters, red calipers, matte black side vents, brushed aluminum roll bars, and a remote control roof. The interior was only slightly tweaked with a black and red quilted leather interior.[...]

As we previously reported, Alpina and Akrapovic have established a partnership that is seeing the German tuner's creation speak to us through the Slovenian exhaust specialist's voice(s).

The first fruit of this collaboration is the Alpina B6 Bi-Turbo, a coupe that was released at the Frankfurt Auto Show and uses a titanium Akrapovic exhaust system. Lotus has recently joined forces with Bell & Colville in order to pay a homage to the iconic Lotus F1 racers that have written racing history throughout the past. Dubbed the Evora S GP Edition, the vehicle can instantly be recognized by its livery, using black as a base color and coming with golden and red details.

The vehicle also comes with a premium package and a technology package, in order to make sure that its owner enjoys everything he needs.

Have you ever seen one of those comics where a superhero takes on the power of another one to become even more super? We haven't either, but the latest project from UK tuner Project Kahn is exactly that - even more super than the Brabus Mercedes Benz SLK.

The SLK 200 in question had already been fitted with plenty of cool kit, but that hasn't stopped British designer Afzal Kahn from adding even more stuff, like his own wheels and some custom nose trim.

The run up to one of our favorite auto shows has begun and we’re already getting a few looks at some of the cars that are expected to be in attendance.

One of the early reveals is the Kia Rio B-Spec Race Car, the Korean automaker’s very first B-Spec offering. The car was developed by Kinetic Motorsports and will be unveiled at SEMA in a month’s time.

For their part, Kia may not have the same cache as the likes of Toyota and Honda in B-Spec racing, but that certainly doesn’t mean that they’re not looking at breaking into the scene like gangbusters.

The car itself already comes packed with plenty of technical and mechanical modifications, complete with a fully decked red-and-white racing livery, a new suspension set-up comprising of a MacPherson strut front suspension and torsion beam rear axle, a roll cage, and plenty of additional racing safety equipment.[...]
