Why settle with a ‘simple' luxury vehicle, when you have the money to ask for a unique, bespoke, expensive ride? That was probably what the wealthy British entrepreneur who commissioned the package you see in the adjacent images was thinking when he went to the aftermarket specialists at Imperium.

While the tuners kept the buyer's identity a secret, they did take the time to offer some details on the project, which comes in the form of a one-off enhancement kit for the Bentley Continent...[...]

There is always at least one person out there who is not satisfied with the tuning packages provided to the masses. In fact, there is typically many more than one, but only a few have the financial means to walk right into an exclusive tuning firm and request a one-off model to be made. This is what one UK man did when he called up Scotland tuning firm - Imperium - and asked to get a one-off bespoke Bentley Continental GT tailored to his exact specifications.

This special Continental GT features uniquely designed front and rear apron upgrades, aggressive carbon exposed side skirts, a subtle boot lip spoiler, and a rear carbon fiber diffuser. The special Imperium Continental GT will also receive one-off designed and manufactured ultra light fully forged alloy wheels. They will get a special design, color, and finish as directed by the client himself.

Next to the exterior updates, the model will also receive an optimized braking system, a lowered sport suspension, and an ECU upgrade. The exhaust system has been individually tailored to the exact level of exhaust noise and depth of sound desired by the client. The tuner hasn’t revealed how these changes will improve the 6.0 liter W12 engine’s performance, but expect a bit more than the car’s current 567 HP.[...]

ROUSH Performance knows how to dress up a 2012 Ford Mustang and if there’s one thing that sticks out with this upgrade, it’s that they managed to make us like it even if it doesn’t come with a significant bump in output. Takes somebody who really knows what they’re doing to pull that off.

So, give credit to ROUSH for getting the job done. Their new Stage 2 program for the 2012 Mustang "only" features styling and handling upgrades. However, where it lacks in engine tuning, it certainly more than makes up for with a wide variety of modifications done to make the car look snazzier while also improving its overall handling.

Of course, if you’re looking for something along the lines of more than just better looks and improved handling, you can level up to the tuning company’s RS3 program. That’s going to give you the power boost you’re craving for.

Given the price of a Bentley Continental GT, it should not come to a surprise that some tuners prefer to offer their clients a more personal service when it comes to customizing their cars.

 After Senner Tuning's recent take on the Audi A7 Sportback TDI, MTM is next in line to offer its services to the diesel-powered model.

In regular factory trim, the A7's 3.0-liter V6 turbocharged diesel engine churns out 245-horses and 500Nm (369 lb-ft) of peak torque. The German tuning firm offers buyers two different options, the first pushing output to 285HP and peak torque to 580Nm (427.8 lb-ft), and the second to 300-horsepower and 600Nm (442.5 lb-ft) respectively.[...]

German tuner, MTM, has unveiled a new tuning package for the Audi A7 3.0 TDI Quattro. The package includes a new suspension system, new wheels and an impressive engine update - offered in two different levels. First deliveries will be made at the end of August 2011.

 

In its standard version, Audi’s 3.0 liter delivers a total of 245 HP and a peak torque of 368 lbs-ft. MTM, however, has found a solution to improve the engine’s total output with two different levels of updates. In the first package the output has been increased to 285 HP and 427 lb-ft and the second sees an increase to 300 hp and 442 lbs-ft of torque. Both updates take only 90 minutes and include an M-Cantronic system, an updated control unit, and a perfectly adjusted exhaust system with four 89mm tail pipes. This is a visible sign that an MTM diesel is expected rather on the fast lane than on the slow lane. Top speed has been increased to 163 mph.[...]
