The Geneva Motor Show is ready to crack itself open in just a few hours, but AC Schnitzer has decided to release some details on its line-up for Switzerland a little early.

The first package from the German tuner is called the Z4 99d and uses a diesel engine that delivers 190 HP and 420 NM of torque. With this amount of power, plus a weight reduction of 230 kilos (507 lbs.), the tuner has managed to obtain a 0 to 60 mph sprint time of just 6.9 seconds, while top speed is 146 mph. This performance is accompanied by a fuel consumption of 3.8 liter diesel per 100 kilometers and a CO2 emission of just 99.18 g/km.[...]

Mansory won?t be the only tuning firm to unveil its interpretation of the Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG at the 2011 Geneva Motor Show, as Hamann Motorsport has prepared its own version of the gull-winged supercar called the ?Hawk?. Starting with the engine bay, the SLS AMG?s 6.2-liter V8 engine receives an additional 65 horsepower, for a total of 636HP...[...]

Do you remember the Audi RS6 Clubsport package MTM revealed last year? It was 730hp of sheer awesomeness, and now MTM is bringing out that same package for the Audi TT-RS. The power output may not be as extensive as the RS6, but the exterior modifications will absolutely turn some heads.

The Audi TT-RS will be revealed when the Geneva Motor Show opens its doors this week, so MTM gave away very little in terms of TT-RS package details. The Clubsport package is their biggest upgrade for the TT-RS and it received a 472 HP engine update. This update was accomplished with a modification of the control unit, an MTM turbo charger, and a new MTM exhaust system. With this upgrade, the TTRS Clubsport will sprint from 0 to 60 mph in 3.9 seconds and hit a top speed of 198 mph[...]

 

 

About a year ago, noted tuning firm, Hamann, took the task of tuning up a Mercedes SLS AMG. This was no small feat considering the car is probably one of the finest that Mercedes has come out with in recent times. The work done on Hamann’s first tuning package of the SLS AMG caught a lot of people’s attention, but if you really want a showstopping work by Hamann, their second go-around knocks the first one on its butt.

Called the "Hamann Hawk", Hamann’s latest upgrade of the SLS AMG is nothing short of stunning.
