Prindiville Lamborghini Aventador J SpeedsterWe would like to believe that the last thing going through the mind of the person who has or will acquire the one-off, ?2.1 million Aventador J are 24 inch rims and carbon fiber spoilers, but for the sake of conversation and some crafty marketing to reach the masses, UK design house Prindiville has released a theoretical tune for Sant'Agata's speedster.

Prindiville's imaginary (i.e. photoshop) creation builds on the limited production design and performance package it offers for the Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4 coupé, of which only eight examples will be produced.[...]

Ford Mustang by CFM Performance

The Ford Mustang 3.7 V6 doesn’t get as much love as its 5.0-liter counterpart, and for the most part, the less attention is warranted. But every so often, a V6 Mustang comes out of the woodwork and makes a name for itself.

One tuner that has found a soft spot for the V6 Mustang is ProCharger, which built a supercharger kit for the lesser ’Stang. The supercharger kit gave the Mustang a dramatic increase in output from the standard 305 horsepower and 280 lb/ft of torque all the way up to 475 horsepower from the muscle car’s 3.6-liter V6 engine.

Taking that one step further is Central Florida Motorsports, which fitted ProCharger’s supercharger kit on the Mustang and proceeded to smash the existing quarter-mile record - one that it already owned - for a 2011+ Mustang V6, covering the distance in just 11.20 seconds at 119 mph.[...]

Back in February, Nissan announced it needed the help of fans everywhere to design and build the coolest 370Z ever. Called the "Nissan Project 370z," this project was an extremely successful marketing ploy as it caught the attention of many.

After almost two months, Nissan has announced that Stage One of the project is now complete. In this stage, fans were able to choose the powertrain, turbo kit, exhaust, suspension, and brake setup for the Nissan 370Z. Stage Two is next and it will be all about the car’s design.

The results of Stage One were not surprising; fans want more power! With that in mind, Nissan added a Greddy twin turbo kit that increased the total output to an impressive 500 HP. In order to support the extra power, the new 370Z was equipped with a Greedy Ti-C catback exhaust system. Next, the car was equipped with a KW suspension kit and a stop-tech big brake kit.[...]

Lotus Esprit by Cam Shaft

It’s going to take a while before Lotus finally drops the new generation Esprit on the market, but until then, the previous generation Esprit is still getting tons of attention. The V8 version produced between 1996 and 2004 delivered a total of 354 HP and was capable of hitting a top speed of 175 mph. It was limited to only 1237 units, and one of those units caught the attention of Cam Shaft.

The tuner started with tweaking the V8 engine, adding adjustable cases by Forge inside the turbo compressor pumps, a self designed compressor cooling system, and two 100-cell structure catalysts. As a result, the V8 engine now delivers a total of 492 HP and can hit an impressive top speed of 189 mph. The 0 to 60 mph sprint time has been improved, from the standard 4.9 seconds to 4.3 seconds.[...]

BMW M3 by ATT-TEC

Rastatt, Germany is, by most accounts, a place you wouldn’t be able to point on a map even if you’re life depended on it, but that doesn’t mean the town is a mere afterthought. On the contrary, it’s the home of German tuner ATT-TEC, a tuning company that specializes in wicked programs for BMWs.

Their latest project is for the BMW M3 E93 Convertible. Comprised of a complete aerodynamic and performance upgrade, ATT-TEC went to great lengths to give the M3 some serious looking edge. Aesthetically, the tuner gave the sports car a matte black wrapping foil to go with new carbon fiber components, particularly on the hood, the grille, mirrors, and side gills. Then, they fitted the M3 with a new set of 20" one-piece forged ADV.1 rims wrapped in 245/30R20 (front) and 295/20R20 (rear) Vredestein Ultrac Sessanta tires. Finally, ATT-TEC gave the car a KW Variant 3 inox-line coilover kit, which is adjustable for ride height, rebound, and damping.[...]

BMW M3 E46 by G-Power

The BMW M3 E46 is a car that’s already past its production date, but for a tuning company like G-Power, "out-dated" isn’t a word that can stop them from building one of their customary - and impressive - tuning programs.

In order to give this M3 E46 something to brag to about, G-Power decided that the only way to do so was to make it more powerful than the current M3, the E92. Powered by a 3.2-liter straight cylinder engine that produces 343 horsepower and 269 lb/ft of torque, G-Power fitted a new SK I "SPORTY DRIVE" supercharger system to the car’s engine, resulting in an increased output of 450 horsepower and 339 lb/ft of torque.

In addition to the supercharger system, G-Power also fitted the M3 E46 with a new set of 20" Silverstone Diamond wheels wrapped in Michelin Pilot Sport Tires while also adding a new coilover suspension, a stainless steel muffler, and high performance brakes.[...]

Lamborghini Murcielago by Martino Auto Concepts

If for some reason you see a Lamborghini Murcielago look the part of a fire department vehicle complete with emergency lights on its roof, don’t confuse it for a novelty car; it was actually built to be. At least according to the dudes that made it, the "world’s only Lamborghini Rapid Response Unit."

Yep. You just the words ’Lamborghini’ and ’Rapid Response Unit’ in the same quotation marks. This Murcielago was built by Martino Auto Concepts from Glen Cove, New York as a way to pay homage to the Glen Cove Fire Department for their 175th year of service to the community.

The Murcielago comes dressed to look like a service vehicle, complete with GFCD badging - that’s the Glen Cove Fire Department - and a plethora of fire department-relative livery. Even better, it also has a set of emergency lights on its roof, adding more flavor to what we obviously think is already a fantastic Italian supercar.[...]

Lamborghini Aventador on ADV.1 WheelsThe Lamborghini Aventador has to be one of the hottest cars on the planet right now, hotter even than a Ferrari on fire. So to cool things down a notch you need some seriously cool threads to add to its Italian charm. ADV.1 Wheels’ Thai dealer called Absolute Auto recently slapped a set of custom five double-spoke wheels on the car and the result is a cool photo shoot for the ages. The wheels in questi... [...]

Cam Shaft Lotus EspritLotus built the Esprit between 1976 and 2004, making it their most successful car by far. But for the true performance freak, only the V8-powered version introduced in 1996 will do. It’s probably the cheapest mid-engined V8 supercar you can buy right now, and some people like to tune it to make it go past 200 mph. This is probably why somebody wanted a custom Esprit V8 with more power and went to German tuner Cam Shaft. [...]

Volvo V40 Heico SportivThe Volvo V40 is as fresh as fresh can be when it comes to a car and now the vehicle has received its first tuning package, with Volvo-focused aftermarket developer Heico Sportiv previewing a modification kit for the car. It all starts with Heico’s ECU module for the new T5 engine, which boosts the engine from 240 to 270 hp, while the torque is increased from 320 Nm (236 lb-ft) to 365 Nm (269 lb-ft). The ECU module, which also ... [...]
