While we are all waiting for the new generation Porsche GT3, French tuner Delavilla has unveiled a very cool upgrade package based on the current 997 GT3 at the 2012 Top Marques Monaco. While the standard GT3 delivers a total of 435 HP, the French tuner has found a wayn to increase the total output to an impressive 530 HP. The only problem is that we’ll have to pay 126,000 euro (about $166,000 at the current exchange rates) if you want to drive one.
The package includes four vertically superposed exhaust pipes, a reworked chassis with specific dampers, an active suspension, and, of course, a new set of wheels offered in any color desired by the customer. The Porsche 911/997 GT3 on display is painted in a very cool yellow color, but customers can choose between 21 color options. The interior can be dressed in the same color as the exterior with a combination of Alcantara and carbon fiber.[...]

The 2012 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 is considered the most powerful Camaro in the world, one that comes packed with a 6.2-liter supercharged V8 engine that produces 580 horsepower. On its own, the Camaro ZL1 is already a pretty impressive piece of muscle.
But whereas some may be perfectly happy with its stock configuration, others still seek something more powerful.
That’s where Redline Motorsports comes into the picture. The Florida-based tuning company took a Camaro ZL1, added a high-capacity cold air intake, Redline Motorsports’ proprietary camshaft, upper and lower pulleys, headers, improved heat exchanger, performance torque converter, and Mickey Thompson drag radials. All these modifications not only gives the Camaro ZL1 a hell of a lot more bite, but also an increased output of 750 horsepower and 700 lb/ft of torque. These numbers are good enough to allow the Camaro ZL1 a record quarter-mile time of just 10.34 seconds with a top speed of 134.79 mph.[...]

We know there are some people out there that firmly believe drag racing is relatively safe. After all, it only involves flooring the throttle and keeping the car in a straight line, but don?t be confused, drag racing is one of the most dangerous sports in the world. Not only is the risk of literally getting airborne during a race always present, but some cars are just so fast and so extreme that they literally blow up, as happened at last weekend?s qualifying session at the zMAX Dragway.
With the exception of jet powered cars, NHRA funny cars are pretty much as fast as they come and in a good run they can complete the quarter-mile in less than 5 seconds. No, really, your eyes are not deceiving you, that is more than twice as fast as the incredible Bugatti Veyron, so hopefully you now have an understanding of how dangerous the sport is.
As you?ll see from the accompanying video, the car being piloted by Matt Hagan was in the lead but just milliseconds away from winning the session, his car literally blew up sending debris across the track and effectively ending the life of one very expensive drag car.[...]

Yet one tuned version has begun standing out from the pack ever since its customization began. It’s the ZL1 created by Redline Motorsports. We know that they’ve gotten the V8, usually packing 580 hp and 556 lb-ft (754 Nm) of torque, all the way up to 750 horsep... [...]

Ever the expert in tuning programs for the Range Rover, Kahn Design still manages to build some unique packages, further illustrating just how good these guys are when it comes to working on the British SUV brand.
For their latest program, Kahn Design turned their attention towards the Range Rover Sport which they’re calling the Capital City Edition. To keep with their fresh approach in tuning Range Rovers, Kahn Design fitted the Capital City Edition with an RS600 body kit that includes a new front lip, a new rear diffuser, a unique two-tone, tinted windows, smoked lights, and a white-and-red finish with a predominantly white color on the car. This is matched with a red bonnet or a striped red bonnet, and plenty of other red details on the car. In addition, Kahn Design also fitted the Range Rover Sport Capital City Edition with a new set of 22" RS600 wheels finished in matte grey with a red outer lip.
For the interior, Kahn Design will provide a black leather treatment with red accents. Add that to new components like a Kahn instrument binnacle, a new steering wheel, a quilted leather upholstery and aluminum accents and pedals, and you have an overall program that not only speaks to the awesomeness of the Range Rover Sport Capital City Edition, but to the level of expertise Kahn Design continues to exhibit.[...]
